Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and students
• Proficiency with IEP processes and assessments for speech and language disorders

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Utilize technology to deliver therapy via telepractice as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
