Ellie Mental Health of Manassas is looking for individuals who want to have fun at their job, enjoy flexible schedules, and join a team that values humor, authenticity, acceptance, determination, creativity, and compassion. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with a dynamic team. Required qualifications include a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, on track to obtain licensure, and experience with completing Dx's, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. We offer competitive salary, benefits, PTO accrual, professional development, flexible scheduling, access to a continuing education library, and pay for administrative time. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
