ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Grant Murphy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Take payments, follow up on late payments and assist with daily bank deposits.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
