Job Title: Night AuditorLocation: Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa – Astoria, OregonJob Type: Part-TimeSchedule: Thursday-Friday and Saturday (weekend availability required)Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMWeekly Hours: Approx. 24 hoursPay Range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (DOE)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of the hotel during the overnight hours. You’ll balance financial reports, assist guests with late check-ins or early departures, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth morning hand-off. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling late-night check-ins and early check-outs with warmth and professionalism * Balancing daily accounts and performing audit tasks with accuracy * Preparing and distributing daily financial and occupancy reports * Posting room charges, payments, and resolving billing issues * Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff overnight * Supporting guest requests and addressing any concerns with a problem-solving mindset * Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery * Taking initiative with any additional tasks from hotel leadership

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or college coursework is a plus * Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit strongly preferred * Comfortable working independently overnight * Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods * Reliable and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
