Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team MemberGrant Murphy - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QualificationsCommunication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.Our office is located in Hillsboro, OR.We currently have 6 team members at our agency.Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll
