Location: Seaside, Oregon
Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Clinic: North Coast Pet Clinic

North Coast Pet Clinic is a family-owned, one-doctor practice dedicated to compassionate care, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming experience for both pets and their people. Our clinic is faith-led and values-driven , guided by kindness, integrity, and service to our community. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly face and voice of our clinic.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Customer-service oriented with a positive, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and calm
• A team player who contributes to a supportive, family-style workplace
• Comfortable around animals and passionate about helping pets and their owners
• Skilled in clear communication —both in person and by phone
• Experienced in the veterinary field (preferred, not required)
• Proficient with computers, phones, scheduling, and payment processing
• Aligned with a workplace culture built on respect, integrity, and caring for others

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience from check-in to check-out
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
• Triage incoming medical concerns and potential emergencies over the phone , gathering key information to communicate to medical staff
• Handle client communication with kindness, clarity, and empathy
• Maintain accurate records and support a smooth-running front desk
• Work closely with our veterinarian and support team in a collaborative environment
• Assist with invoicing, payments, reminders, and daily administrative tasks

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Experience

• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Veterinary experience: Preferred but not required

Language

• English: Required
• Spanish: Preferred

Ability to Commute or Relocate

• Work Location: In person
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Seaside, OR 97138
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Seaside, OR before starting work
