What You'll Do

Greet customers and help with their service needs
Listen carefully to concerns and communicate them to technicians
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
Keep customers updated on their vehicles by phone, text, and video
Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish

What You Bring

Strong communication and people skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic vehicle knowledge is a plus, but not required
