Job Description
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a skilled first course cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing high-quality dishes (salads, appetizers and raw bar items), ensuring consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized and professional work environment.
What You Need to Do:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to our seasonal menu and recipes
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients
- Ensure that all dishes are presented to our high standards before serving
What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fine dining or elevated restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
