Customer Support Specialist Boulevard

This role handles complex Tier 1 support tickets for a scheduling and business management platform used by salons, spas, and other self-care businesses. Support is delivered through live chat, email, text, phone, and screen-sharing to business owners, front desk staff, and service providers, with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues and de-escalating difficult interactions. The employer wants 2-4+ years of customer-facing enterprise support experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup, along with technical aptitude for supporting platforms that handle data, scheduling, payments, or inventory. Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and comfort with incident response processes are expected. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9-6 EST, with occasional extended hours and holiday coverage. Pay starts at $31.25 per hour plus a 10% annual bonus.
