Stellenbeschreibung: Die TARI Personalberatung ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften rund um die Bereiche der Import- und Exportabwicklung. Know-how und Erfahrung in diesen Bereichen ermöglichen kompetente (Fach-) Gespräche. Dadurch können Fachkräfte und Unternehmen gezielt zusammengeführt werden. Im Auftrag meines Kunden aus Karlsruhe suche ich einen „Manager Import, Export & Transport“ (m/w/d). Ein etabliertes Familienunternehmen bietet Ihnen eine Position mit viel Eigenverantwortung sowie einen zukunftssicheren Arbeitsplatz mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Es handelt sich um eine Direktvermittlung in Vollzeit (40 Std.). Ihre Aufgaben: Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der Importe und Exporte unter Einhaltung der zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Bestimmungen Erfassen von Einfuhr- und Ausfuhranmeldungen mittels ATLAS Erstellen von Export- und Zolldokumenten (Ursprungszeugnisse, Präferenznachweise, Lieferantenerklärungen) Erstellen von Präferenzkalkulationen mit wenigen Artikeln Führen und Überwachen des Zolllagers Beantragen von Ein- und Ausfuhrlizenzen Einreihung von Waren in den Zolltarif Überwachen und ggf. Beantragen von Zollbewilligungen Transportplanung innerhalb der eigenen Werke sowie extern mit Kunden und Lieferanten weltweit Organisation und Überwachung der Lieferungen sowie Transporteinkauf inkl. Preisverhandlungen Prüfen der Speditionsrechnungen und Importdokumente (Preise, Zolldaten, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer etc.) Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Behörden Erfassen von Intrastat-Meldungen für den Import Durchführen von Embargo- und Sanktionsprüfungen Anfordern von Endverbleibserklärungen Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ATLAS und in der Erstellung von Zolldokumenten Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Transportplanung und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen Erfahrungen in der Überwachung oder Beantragung von Zollbewilligungen Kenntnisse in der Importabwicklung Erste Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von Präferenzkalkulationen Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Ihre Vorteile: 30 Tage Urlaub Gleitzeitkonto Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Betriebliche Altersvorsorge E-Bike Leasing Kostenfreie Getränke Firmenevents Kontakt Für Fragen können Sie sich gerne per Mail, Telefon oder WhatsApp bei mir melden.
