We partner with leading solutions such as Text2Drive, Shop Boss, and Rapid Recon to improve the vehicle repair experience for dealerships and aftermarket repair shops. About this role In this high‑energy, high‑growth team, you will craft and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue for our payments products. Your success will depend on strong communication, project management skills, and comfort with all aspects of campaign launches from planning to tactical execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps teams. What You’ll Do Develop a marketing plan for payments products in conjunction with our divisional marketing teams, including key activities and budgets to support acquisition of new payments customers (net new, partner‑driven, and cross‑sell) and retention of existing customers. Manage and coordinate marketing projects with internal teams and vendor partners, ensuring that deadlines and quality expectations are met and investments are maximized. Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas. Plan the launches of net‑new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross‑functional implementation of the plan. Create and maintain digital and tangible feature lists and provide feature use‑case examples. Support the partner channels team. Create a campaign strategy that drives cross‑sell and partner leads to internal sales teams. Create website content related to products and coordinate updates with the Marketing Services team. Work closely with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns within our marketing automation tool stack. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel 5‑10%. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of marketing experience. Superior knowledge of digital marketing principles. Comfortable using collaboration, automation, and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Jira. Exceptional ROI‑tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working. Familiarity with online marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Payments marketing experience. Preferred Qualifications Automotive experience. Dealership experience. Prior experience in Product Marketing. SaaS experience.
