About the Position

Operating Room (OR) RN Circulator – Critical Access Location: Kansas Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM On-Call Commitment: 15 days of call per month Note: High call volume commitment, but exceptionally low callback rates. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator with a background in Critical Access Hospitals to join our dedicated surgical team. In addition to general circulator duties, candidates must be proficient in managing C-section procedures to support our active OB department. Schedule & On-Call Requirements Standard Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM On-Call Schedule (15 Days Total per Month): Weekend Call: Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM Night Call: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM Qualifications & Certifications Required: Education & License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas. Experience: Prior Critical Access Hospital experience. Clinical Skills: Proven ability/experience handling C-section surgical cases. Basic Life Support: Current BLS certification. Required Within 1 Year of Hire: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
