Access Community Health Network in Chicago is seeking a Medical Assistant to support a collaborative care team and ensure quality patient care. The role includes taking vitals, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, and assisting with patient inquiries and scheduling. Applicants should have a Medical Assistant diploma, CPR/BLS, and experience or externship. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; Epic EMR experience is preferred.
