Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service calls and schedule technicians for maintenance and repairs

• Coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficient service coverage

• Communicate with customers regarding service updates and job status

• Process work orders, service requests, and data entry accurately

• Order parts and monitor shipping/receiving activities

• Assist with invoicing, inventory tracking, and warranty claims

• Support daily operational and safety procedures

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2-3 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

• Mechanical or industrial environment experience is helpful but not required

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
