Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments - certifications to up skill and productivity rhythms each month.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards - Morning Power-Up for Teams.
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call - We are always bettering our skills. We treat this as a career and take it seriously.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
