Service Desk Representative

Job Description The Service Desk Representative will answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in‑person requests for assistance from end users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer‑related technologies. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that possess excellent customer service skills and are able to communicate in both verbal and written mediums. The representative will be responsible for problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow‑up for routine end user problems, referring more complex problems to second level support, leadership or technical staff.
