Cath Lab Technologist - 13 Week Contract

Schedule

This position requires a schedule of 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities averaging 9 days per month. Weekend coverage is typically required for 1 weekend each month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with a strong background in catheterization laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both standard diagnostic and complex interventional cases, working effectively within a busy and dynamic environment. This position supports high-volume laboratory operations and requires a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of catheterization laboratory procedures with precision.
• Collaborate efficiently with a team of 3 staff members per procedure.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety.
• Adhere to unit protocols and guidelines while utilizing advanced equipment, including Philips systems.
• Participate in emergency response as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
• Must hold an ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, busy environment with a strong sense of urgency.
