About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead its global commercial strategy and drive the growth of its revenue organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for uniting sales, marketing, and go-to-market operations into a connected commercial entity that enhances customer acquisition, expands key relationships, and increases lifetime value. This role demands a proven leader with experience in multiple revenue streams, a strong network in the legal sector, and a track record of building high-performing commercial teams. The CRO will be tasked with developing and leading an integrated global commercial organization, accelerating growth through digital and traditional channels, and establishing a unified approach to strategic accounts. Executive-level communication, the ability to influence at all levels, and experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments are essential. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should be natural collaborators, energized by transformation, and capable of fostering a culture of accountability, development, and performance. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the legal industry, including experience in institutional B2B sales and digital channels. Responsibilities also include setting the commercial direction for responsible AI adoption, establishing operating rhythms, and empowering senior commercial leaders.
