Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of technical products. This role will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive innovation, market growth, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and launch of new products aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, forecasts, and strategic plans based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis. Partner with engineering teams to translate product strategies into actionable development projects. Build and present business cases for new product investments and initiatives. Identify growth opportunities within existing markets and emerging industries. Support sales and marketing efforts through product training, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies. Manage cross-functional projects to ensure successful product launches and achievement of key milestones. Develop pricing strategies and maintain pricing tools for new and existing products. Monitor product performance throughout the product lifecycle and recommend improvements as needed. Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, lead‑time improvements, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or sales within a manufacturing or technical industry. Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and managing product development initiatives. Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience working with technical products, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of government or military specifications is a plus.
