Job Description

A healthcare payer client is seeking a Senior Application/Production Support Engineer to join their IT Clinical Systems team. This person will troubleshoot enterprise application issues impacting clinical workflows, care coordination, and population health reporting functions. The ideal candidate has a strong emphasis on SQL, ETL processes, application integrations, and production issue resolution. Daily you will analyze SQL Server environments, investigate SSIS package failures, support and troubleshoot batch processing and API integrations, and work with internal and external vendor teams to investigate and resolve integration failures, data latency issues, and interface errors. \n Key Responsibilities: \n•\tProvide production support for clinical, care management, population health, reporting, and related healthcare applications.\n•\tMonitor application, integration, and ETL performance; troubleshoot production issues, interface failures, and data discrepancies.\n•\tTroubleshoot batch processing, API integrations, and related production failures.\n•\tInvestigate and resolve application, data, and workflow issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.\n•\tSupport system upgrades, implementations, data integrations, and post-production stabilization activities.\n•\tParticipate in incident management, maintain support documentation, and partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure operational stability.\nSCHEDULE\n•\tCore support hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST\n•\tCandidates located in PST or CST time zones are encouraged to apply\n•\tAvailability for on call support rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
