In this role, you will help design and build modern front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs, while contributing to architectural improvements and cloud integrations in an Agile environment.Req.#1089861746Design, build, and maintain front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs primarily using Node.jsContribute hands-on full-stack development expertise across core engineering projectsHelp analyze existing applications to support target-state design and cloud architecture transitions on AWSCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Database, CTO organizations, and API integration groupsEnsure application reliability and quality using testing frameworks (Cucumber, API testing tools) and monitoring platforms (Splunk)Engage actively in Agile team workflows, tackling technical challenges and clarifying requirements as they evolveBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field4+ years of professional software development experience4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIsCore proficiency in Node.js, complemented by practical experience in Java (for legacy DB2 connectivity) and AngularSolid foundational experience with AWS cloud services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Firehose, DynamoDB, EKS, and CloudWatch) and databases (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, legacy DB2)Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle technical ambiguity and work effectively within a team
