The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in scaling its U.S. business operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, leading the company's expansion, commercial growth, and operational excellence. This executive leadership position demands an individual with an MBA and a minimum of 3 years' operational and leadership experience, particularly in the pet-tech, biotech, medical device, or related industries. The COO will be responsible for establishing and refining efficient, repeatable processes, executing market positioning and go-to-market strategies, driving business development initiatives, and owning key performance indicators to ensure the company's growth and success in the U.S. market. The ideal COO for the company will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in operational leadership, go-to-market strategy, business development, and B2B/B2B2C commercialization. They must be adept at building scalable processes, delivering measurable business results, and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a passion for the companion animal market.
