Responsibilities Support, collaborate and guide business partners on environmental and workplace safety and health compliance requirements Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues, creating programmatic opportunities to address risk, including training, policies, and processes Develop relationships with regulatory agencies, defend our practices within appropriate boundaries, and influence policy development Handle all aspects of litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations Represent clients in negotiations and mediations Provide crisis management to clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters Skills and Educational Requirements J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required Class action or public sector experience a plus Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the associate’s primary office Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
