Registered Nurse Cardiac Telemetry

Role Overview: An Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include completing assessments, formulating and coordinating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Acts to ensure patient safety, quality, and satisfaction through compassionate interactions and proactive problem-solving. Participates in safety and quality improvement activities and maintains compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse and capable of performing assessments, treatments, and documentation per standards. Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and prioritize patient-centered care. Key Duties Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Evaluate and adjust care based on patient response. Collaborate with healthcare team members for seamless patient management. Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
