Leasing Manager

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for The Residences at Rainier Square in Seattle. You will lead marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, supervise the on-site leasing team, and drive leasing processes from traffic to move-in. The role requires multi-family leasing experience; luxury high-rise background is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site) is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer #J-18808-Ljbffr
