#Education & Job Requirements

*Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

*6+ years of experience with Analysis, Circuit Design ,  and   Functional Analysis

*Development phase of aerospace hardware experience

*Experience interacting with peers, management, and government customers

*Experience with presentations and written communication

*Ability to perform electronics analysis, including Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis

*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Preferred Skills

*4 - 6 years of experience with Circuit Failure Mode Analysis

*Experience with analog and power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)

*Experience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis

*Experience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation

*Familiarity with Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE

*Experience performing failure investigation on electronic hardware at the CCA, Unit, and System levels

*Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers

*Demonstrated ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members

*Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

*Able to work effectively in a team environment
