Expectation is to produce marketing content specific to each pursuit, negotiate contracts, and lead projects.Pursue and lead SCADA Assessments and Master Plans to advise utilities on how best to upgrade or replace existing SCADA systems to support operations and maintenance.Manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities and industrial water pursuits. Lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects as well as coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects.Provide local interface by attending client and contractor meetings, performing field investigations, attending factory acceptance testing, and helping to resolve I&C client and construction issues. Monitor and control project schedule and budgets and assist with proposals and presentations in response to sales opportunities.The TeamAs part of BV Operations, your skills will be aligned to projects that support our Governments & Communities market sector. From small community improvements to grand-scale Mega Projects, you will be Building a World of Difference through infrastructure growth and development while learning and focusing on your own individual development. The foundation of BV Operations provides the ability to align your skills to project needs and provides a collaborative and innovative culture offering greater challenges and career development opportunities.Preferred QualificationsThe successful candidate willpossessa mix of excellenttechnicalwritingand verbal communication skills,demonstratedmanagement capabilities, I&C design experience, and broad I&C technical knowledge.10 years’ experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting 4 years’ experience in water/wastewater industry 2 years’ experience in project management and business development. Minimum QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work. Minimum of 11 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.CertificationsHolds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.Work Environment and ScheduleThis position would require working in a typical office environment.
