Everwell TMJ & Sleep is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Clinical Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not a traditional dental assisting position. We are a specialty practice focused on TMJ disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, oral appliance therapy, regenerative treatments, and helping patients reclaim their comfort and quality of life.

We're looking for a special kind of assistant—someone who is confident, adaptable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and treatment concepts.
• Willingness to help wherever needed, both clinical and administrative.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with TMJ and sleep-related patient care.
• Occasional chairside assisting.
• Digital scanning and record collection.
• Patient education and treatment support.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical efficiency.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
• Discussing financial arrangements and collecting payments.
• Answering phones and assisting with front office duties as needed.
• Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
