This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.We're looking for individuals who take pride in keeping production running efficiently and safely while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsInstall, align, and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and other industrial machineryConduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact productionRead and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentationAssist with machinery installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projectsMaintain accurate maintenance records and work ordersFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsPrevious experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar roleStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience working with industrial maintenance equipment and systemsKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and power transmission systemsAbility to use precision measuring tools and hand toolsComfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsWelding and fabrication experience is a plusExperience with stick, MIG, or Flux-Core welding is highly desirableBasic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plusExperience with rigging, equipment alignment, and machinery installation preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $26-$34/hr based on experienceMultiple shifts availableOvertime opportunitiesStable, long-term employmentHands-on work with industrial equipment and machineryCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with strong millwright and mechanical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and keeping operations running at peak performance.
