Qualifications, Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8‑10 years of supervisory and management experience. Valid driver's license; must remain insurable or obtain an Alaska State driver's license within 90 days. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or willingness to learn within 90 days. Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to hold staff accountable and motivate teams. Knowledge of finance, budgeting, grants management, and accreditation standards. Familiarity with Alaska Native Tribal governance and values. Service‑oriented with a respectful approach to interactions with others. Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Driver’s license and the ability to be insured on CVTC’s vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position. Pre‑Employment Drug Screening and Background Check: This position requires you to complete and pass a pre‑employment state and federal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
