Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) - Onsite

Responsibilities Acts as a strategic partner to mid‑to‑senior level business leaders. Leads complex HR initiatives across multiple NAMSA departments, NAMSA locations, or NAMSA business units. Assists in the recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel for all departments at location or within business unit. Provides direction to and advises managers in areas of accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Mentors and supports HRBPs. Collaborates with Directors on enterprise‑wide HR strategies and programs. Analyzes workforce data to inform talent strategies and organizational planning. Drives performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Ensures compliance and consistency in HR practices across units. May lead cross‑functional HR projects or task forces. Assures administration of Total Reward programs including but not limited to reinforce understanding, provide solutioning and introduce leaders to COE partners. Accountable for accuracy of Associate information in our HRIS system including but not limited to timely approvals, timely transactions and design of roll out execution plans if applicable. May be accountable to manage a team of HR specialists. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Technical Competencies Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus). 7–10 years of HR experience. HR experience with both exempt and non‑exempt associates across industries such as medical device, bio‑tech, retail or healthcare preferred. Proven ability to influence leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives. Strong analytical, coaching, and project management skills. PHR / SPHR Preferred. Compensation Pay Range Minimum: $81,100.00 Pay Range Target: $115,000.00 Pay Frequency: Annual Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
