Onsite Employee Relations Lead - HR Partner for 24/7 TCC

HHAeXchange is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to partner with the Technical Customer Care team onsite in Minnesota. You will own employee relations matters from intake to resolution, conduct workplace investigations, and coach leaders through disciplinary actions while maintaining policy consistency. The role focuses on ER execution initially, with travel to Miami and other future offices.
