Team Assembler (Temp to Hire) (1st Shift)

What You’ll Be Doing Assemble various parts and components in prescribed sequence and location. Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality. Perform adjustments, rework and repairs as necessary. Test for quality as required. Participate in team activities and problem‑solving sessions to maintain both quality and quantity of work. Communicate problems and solutions to appropriate team members and follow processes as written. Document and chart production data to aid in problem identification, quality feedback and scheduling. Assist other team members to ensure quality product and smooth flow. Troubleshoot problems when necessary. Train, instruct and assist other operators as required. Evaluate defective material, tooling, faulty operations and potential stoppages. Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area and equipment, following safety regulations. Qualifications You Bring High School Diploma or GED. Compensation: $21.58 per hour, plus shift differential for off shifts.
