As a **Senior Pharmacy Care Technician** , you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e., medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). • *Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm. This is a hybrid-remote role. You will be required to work onsite 1 day per month and work remotely (work from home) all other days of the month.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with 1 in-office day per month.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with Clinical Pharmacists
• Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a Clinical Pharmacist when appropriate
• Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and MedAdhmembers to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
• Document and track member engagement

**Required Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma/GED
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment
• Reside within commutable distance to Houston, TX office location
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience
• Experience with Part D claims adjudication

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
