Inside Sales Representative

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity Reports to: VP of Sales Are you looking to launch your career in sales with a company that values initiative, communication, and professional growth? Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Lewisville. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and developing their sales skills in a supportive team environment. No industry experience? No problem. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. What You’ll Do: Build relationships with customers and serve as a trusted point of contact Qualify sales opportunities and identify customer needs Provide pricing, product availability, and quote support Partner with customers to find solutions and drive positive outcomes Support outside sales representatives in managing customer accounts Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Assist with order processing and sales administration as needed Maintain accurate customer and sales records What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and via email Desire to build a career in sales Self‑motivated with a proactive mindset Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail and follow‑through Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team‑oriented approach with a strong work ethic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) Previous experience in sales, retail, customer‑facing roles, hospitality, athletics, leadership positions, or internships is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong computer and data entry skills Why This Opportunity?
