Inside Sales Representative

Firehouse Roofing is looking for an energetic, ambitious individual with great communication and multitasking skills to join our Inside Sales team. If you like working with high-performing, driven, passionate people in a supportive environment, then Firehouse is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls
- Make outbound calls
- Set appointments for Roofing Advisors and Technicians
- Work effectively with a team
- Be knowledgeable about all company products and services (we will train you)
- Overcome objections and answer customer concerns and questions
- Strive to reach company and personal metrics
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office Suite, phone software Five9 for example, familiarity with booking schedule
- Some level of customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 8am-5pm
Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO Holiday Pay Compensation: Up to $68,000 with maxing out bonuses
