The Front Desk is the heart of our hotel, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with a smile. If you've worked at a Hilton or IHG branded hotel , we'd especially love to hear from you. Your experience with brand standards and hotel operations will help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do:

As our Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last person our guests interact with, making every impression count. In this role, you will:

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide outstanding customer service.
• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Recommend room upgrades and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members to ensure every guest enjoys a great stay.
• Follow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures while maintaining an organized front desk.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous Front Desk Agent experience at a Hilton or IHG branded hotel (strongly preferred) .
• Experience with hotel property management systems such as OnQ, PEP, or other hotel PMS software .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
