Order Entry Supervisor

Suffolk County, NY | Full-Time | On-Site (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Salary: Up to $95,000 + Excellent Benefits We're partnering with a stable, growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Order Entry Supervisor/Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop an Order Entry team of up to 10 employees. Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs, productivity, quality, and accuracy metrics. Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline workflows. Ensure accountability, consistency, and exceptional customer service throughout the order management process. Analyze team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices. Partner with senior leadership to support operational initiatives and long-term business growth. Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of Order Entry leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Demonstrated success managing productivity, KPIs, quality metrics, and employee performance. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
