Medical Technologist Lead

Laboratory SupervisorTo improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.Full-time, 40 hours per week - responsible for Point of Care (Springdale and Bentonville)Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all of the functions within the laboratory section including testing, quality control, training, maintaining supplies, and relating with Laboratory administration. Ensures that services are of the best quality. Responsible for assuring section meets all regulatory requirements. Performs laboratory testing as needed or required. Updates section's computer data base as needed. Evaluates employees using laboratory and hospital guidelines and policies to perform competency assessment. Encourages professional growth and development of staff.
