- Maintain positive body language, eye contact, and a genuine smile throughout your shift
- At least 1 year of bartending experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
- High self-awareness, integrity, and openness to feedback and growth
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including stairs
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and move quickly during busy shifts
- The ability to obtain any required local licenses or certifications
