Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + **Deliver Adaptable Clinical Care:** Provide high-quality direct nursing care across diverse specialty units, strictly adhering to organizational protocols while leveraging a preferred **4+ years of inpatient Pediatric experience** . + **Assess, Execute, & Monitor:** Continuously assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and efficiently execute clinical orders while vigilantly documenting and communicating changes in patient status. + **Lead Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Act as the primary liaison across multiple medical disciplines to facilitate seamless, well-coordinated patient care and optimize outcomes. + **Education & Certifications:** **BSN preferred** ; possess or obtain **ACLS/NRP certifications** within 6 months of hire to meet market and specialty care requirements. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
