• Site is seeking to hire both a Medical Director and an employed Neonatologist

• Open to 2026 and 2027 graduates

• Physician-owned medical practice specializing in the care of expectant mothers and their newborns

• Founded in 2017 by three neonatologists serving a single hospital NICU

• Now serving hospitals across multiple states, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Team includes board-certified neonatologists, obstetric hospitalists, and pediatric specialists

• Dedicated to delivering consistent, continuous care for mothers, babies, and their families

• Provides advanced and comprehensive neonatal care services

• Salary range: $325,000-$390,000 (employed neonatologist position)

• Additional compensation available for qualified Medical Director candidates
