Overview Pest Control Service Technician — Pest iD LLC, Freehold, New Jersey, United States — Full-Time Office Location: Cream Ridge, NJ Service Area : Central and Northern, NJ Pay: $24–$34 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and performance bonuses) Company: Pest iD LLC What You’ll Do Perform pest control services for rodents, insects, ticks, mosquitos, termites, and nuisance wildlife Solve challenging pest and wildlife problems — including crawlspace and roof work (up to 40’ ladders) Operate and maintain pest control equipment (B&G sprayers, Actisol units, Stihl backpack misters, power sprayers, etc.) Record detailed service notes and product usage Communicate clearly with customers and team members Adhere to all NJ & PA regulatory and safety standards Skills & Experience Preferred but Not required Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role. We give preferred consideration to applicants with experience in the skilled trades — carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pest control , and other mechanical or construction-related fields. Physical Requirements This position is physically active and requires the ability to perform a variety of field service tasks in residential and commercial environments. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Lifting, carrying, and using equipment such as backpack sprayers weighing up to 50 pounds Pulling and maneuvering hose lines around structures to perform power spraying of foundations, soffits, and exterior treatment areas Safely lifting, carrying, and working from 24-foot extension ladders and, on occasion, 38-foot extension ladders to access roofs and elevated areas Entering and working in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas Crawling and working on hands and knees beneath commercial kitchen equipment and in tight spaces when necessary Walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and standing for extended periods throughout the workday Working safely with pest control equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work as part of daily pest control service operations.
