Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking a 3+ years experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to manage corporate/self-insured clients, end-to-end cases. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage assigned litigation caseload from inception through final resolution Take and defend depositions for fact and expert witnesses Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions Handle courtroom appearances and participate in trial proceedings Work closely with partners in a collaborative, in-office environment Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience Strong experience in depositions and motion practice Exposure to courtroom advocacy and trial work preferred Experience handling complex insurance or corporate defense matters a plus Active bar admission in NC or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Transparent performance-based bonus structure tied to results Reasonable billable hour target: [Insert Target Hours] to support work-life balance Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) Generous PTO along with strong career growth, advancement opportunities, and supportive collaborative culture
