River Falls Senior Living is looking for a reliable, experienced, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team!

As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare and serve meals for our assisted living residents while helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This is a great opportunity for a cook who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.

• Part-time – approximately 28 hours per week

• 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

• Every other weekend

• Consistent daytime schedule — no late-night shifts

• Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes

• Prepare food according to special diets and dietary requirements

• Coordinate food preparation with scheduled meal times

• Ensure meals are properly prepared, portioned, and presented

• Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and food production standards

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

• Work closely with the kitchen and dining team to ensure meals are served on time

• Help provide a positive dining experience for our residents

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen position

• Current ServSafe certification

• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and commercial kitchen equipment

• Ability to follow recipes and special diet instructions accurately

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
