Associate Director, Marketing

Responsibilities Lead the strategic oversight and operational execution of the global web content ecosystem Ensure that content systems, workflows, and publishing practices support the needs of internal teams Define and maintain content governance standards Serve as the primary business stakeholder for the CMS platform Establish and promote content management and publishing best practices Define KPIs and success metrics for web content effectiveness Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance and surface actionable insights Define and drive the strategy for integrating AI and automation into content management workflows Develop and maintain documentation and playbooks for operational efficiency Lead and develop a team of content operations professionals Requirements 10+ years in digital content operations, web content governance, or content strategy Experience managing or supporting content across international markets Strong understanding of AEM or similar CMS Strong understanding of content design, accessibility, SEO, localization, and UX best practices Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and drives cross-functional alignment Experience using AI tools for automation, operations, or other use cases #J-18808-Ljbffr
