We’re hiring for a Logistics Associate for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Logistics Associate
Location: SW Houston
Pay: $15/hr.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary, 2–3 weeks
Description of Duties: Prepare customer orders for shipment by checking, packing, and labeling products. Confirm product quantities, item details, and lot information before shipping. Handle UPS and FedEx shipments, including preparing packages and shipping documentation. Assist with loading and verifying outgoing shipments. Load pallets onto delivery trucks. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks; training provided. Process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Work cooperatively and professionally with team members. Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines. Complete basic computer tasks and shipping-related records as needed.
Requirements: Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to accurately verify products and quantities. Comfortable handling packages and assisting with pallet loading. Ability to learn and safely operate pallet jacks. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with others. Must be able to work the full temporary assignment.
