- Listen to customer concerns and clearly explain repair recommendations
- Drive sales opportunities while always putting customer needs first
- Help lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently
- Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve goals
- Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy culture
- Work closely with technicians and staff to maximize productivity and profitability
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Customer service-driven mindset with strong people skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by sales, performance, and results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Team player who leads from the front and supports their team
- Extremely friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive experience preferred, but leadership and customer service skills are essential
