If you have restaurant management experience we would like to put that experience to use. We have a promote‑within mentality, and we would make sure you have worked and understood every position that you would lead. Your experience will expedite your understanding of all the positions and set you up to be a successful leader for our company. This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store. Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits, it includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
