Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionWorking knowledge of healthcare EMR/EHR/Healthcare claims dataHands on knowledge of clinical and health economics related analytics (HEOR- Health Economic and outcome research)Understanding of data warehousing and data management in healthcare environmentBasic understanding of healthcare interoperability especially in Claims, eMR, Clinical and Lab applicationsExposure to clinical terminologies like ICD9, ICD 10, CPT4, SNOMEDExperience with HIPAA, and knowledge of PII best practicesAt least 4-6 years of experience in executing IT projects with 2 years of Business analysis expertise in healthcare analytics environmentBusiness analysis skills with strong analytical skillsExcellent communication, customer service, documentation and presentation skill is requiredThe work profile should reflect close to 100% customer satisfactionStrong Time Management skill is mandatory and multi-tasking is expectedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, health-related field or Computer Science from an accredited university or college; Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or health-related field or in Health Information Technology (Health IT) from an accredited university or college is a plus3 years professional work experience in a professional environmentAnalysis: Ability to collect information and study it to identify gaps, need for improvement, inconsistencies, etc.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
